(Boise) - Boise resident Tony Lee Johnson, Jr. was sentenced yesterday to seven years in prison with two years fixed for grand theft, Attorney General Lawrence Wasden said. Fourth District Judge Michael McLaughlin retained jurisdiction for 180 days. Johnson was also ordered to pay $7,636 in restitution to Farmers Insurance Company.

Tony Lee Johnson, Jr., 19, was stopped on October 10, 2003 in downtown Boise. During the traffic stop, it was determined that Johnson was driving a stolen 2001 Honda Accord and had marijuana in the vehicle.
