Countless businesses, industries, and individuals have suffered unjustly under Chevron. It’s time our Republic was restored to the three equal branches of government originally intended, instead of an activist executive branch continuously undermining the legislative. I applaud this decision from the Supreme Court and look forward to the long overdue re-balance.”
